Orchard Close |
The Breaston Churches Together held a barbecue on Orchard Close for the residents and their families. We were blessed with sunny weather in the middle of a very unsettled spell, and everyone enjoyed the occasion. The Churches Together used funds raised at the Breaston May Day Gala to help finance the event, together with residents who provided some of the food and music. The children - and some of the adults! - played cricket and rounders during the afternoon and there were various other activities for the youngsters to get involved in.
